Let your AI assistant help with your report

You can let ChatGPT or Claude look at your sustainability report, tell you what is missing, explain what a question means, and fill answers in for you. It takes about a minute to set up, and you can undo it at any time.

The address you will need

This is not a password. It is just the address of our service, and it is the same for everyone.

In ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings, then find Connectors.
  2. Choose to add one, and paste in the address above.
  3. A Format Green sign-in page opens. Sign in as you normally would.
  4. You will be shown what the assistant will be able to do, and which of your companies it will reach. Choose Allow.

In Claude

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector and paste in the address above.
  3. A Format Green sign-in page opens. Sign in as you normally would.
  4. Check what it will be able to do, then choose Allow.

If it asks you to choose

Some versions of the connector screen show two extra questions. They are usually answered for you and marked "Detected", and those answers are the right ones. If you are asked, here is what to pick.

Authentication
Always required. Do not choose None: nothing here works without signing in, so None just makes every request fail.
OAuth client
No client ID, register one automatically. Do not choose the hosted client metadata option even though it is marked Recommended, because it needs something our sign-in does not offer yet.
Additional request headers
Leave empty. There is no key to paste anywhere.

What your assistant can then do

  • • See how far along each year is, and what is still missing.
  • • Explain what a question is asking, in the form’s own words.
  • • Fill answers in for you, if you gave it permission to. They are saved as a draft.

Your assistant can never submit a report. Submitting is you saying the numbers are true, so you do that yourself, in the app.

If something does not work

It asks which company.
That happens when you belong to more than one. Just tell it which one you mean, by name.
It says your company has not given you access.
Someone at your company decides who may connect a tool. Ask an owner to approve you, and it works on the next try. Nothing needs reconnecting.
You cannot find Connectors in your assistant.
Not every version has it, and some workplace accounts have it switched off. Ask us and we will tell you what your setup supports.
